The number "11" is a number of disorder, and disassembly; it is part of the preparation for the better things that are to come.
Things do not mature and become perfect in a straight line. there are seasons of tearing down, rooting out and apparent destruction. These seasons are not always an attack of the enemy, they are often a part of the plan of God in bringing his Kingdom and its perfection to the earth.
the Prophecy in Jeremiah 1:10 that appoints him "to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow to build and to plant..." ,
the Parable of the Wheat and the Tares (Matthew 13:18-30 ) that allows both the Wheat (Sons of the Kingdom) and Tares (Sons of the Evil one) to grow together until the Harvest (End),
and the Destruction of the Temple(s) in Jerusalem (Matthew 24:1-8 ).
