I accepted Christ as Lord of my life in 1997 at a Joyce Meyer Conference and then tried a couple churches before I found, at the time, Sky Ministries, now 3rd Day Ministries. This was back in 1999.
I came to this place because it was like being at a revival and getting a revelation every single time I came to church. I began to learn more than just the rules of being a Christian, but now learning to know him with the spirit instead of just my head. I learned what it meant to worship in spirit and in truth, and to get out of self consciousness and be in God consciousness.
I have been freed from a majority of my own self sentencing and judgment. I can honestly sing from my heart, prophesy from his spirit in me, and I grow every single day. There is something that I learn each day. Don't get me wrong, I have my daily hurdles that get very hard to jump sometimes, but in him, with his anointing, understanding, love and changes in my soul, I do get to overcome each hurdle one at a time and sometimes many times the same ones but less and less. I have been taught soooooo much in this place of liberty and spiritual nourishment.
You will find no other place like this, I promise you. These quaint little four walls and our BIG God through Judy Sky and many others in this place has totally changed my life and the lives of the members of my family!!!
